Little Cleobury Barn is a beautiful Grade 2 listed, 18th-century barn conversion set in Earlswood, minutes away from the gorgeous lakes. It is a four bedroom family home, surrounded by picturesque countryside and farmland.
The challenge:
The property’s old sewage treatment plant was over 15 years old and was starting to smell and break down. It was also a potential hazard as it was effectively a large hole in the ground with a shaky lid. The owners of the property wanted to get the best possible long term solution for them.
